Description: After a slanderer put doubts of his loyalty into the mind of Lord Yoritomo, Minamoto no Yoshitsune (源義経) reading his plea to his brother Yoritomo after his victory over the Taira on July 3, 1185 (the text of the ‘Koshigoejô Letter’ occupies the upper part of the print)
