This series consists of pairs of fan prints, with one print of each pair being a silhouette of the other. The series is not listed in Kuniyoshi by Basil William Robinson (Victoria and Albert Museum, London, 1961). 

 

Description: Three gods of good fortunesilhouettes of Daikoku as a snake (へび, hebi), Hotei as a frog (かへる, kaeru), and Ebisu as a snail (まいまいつぶり, maimaitsuburi)

Description: Cats as Chinese temple lion ( , shishi), owl (みゝつく, mimizuku), and noh demon mask (はんにゃめん, hannyamen)
