Beauty: Tsumagoto of the Okamotoya (Okamotoya uchi Tsumagoto, 岡本屋内妻琴)

Publisher’s seal: The kanji under Kuniyoshi’s signature is probably the publisher, Koshimura-ya Heisuke (越村屋平助), whose seal name is Kohei (越平)

Beauty: Okamotoya uchi Hônen (岡本屋内 豊年)

Publisher’s seal: Kawaguchi-ya Chôzô (川村 長蔵)

NOTE: Okamotoya uchi Hônen (岡本屋内 豊年) is not normally a female name and its pronunciation could be different, but it can also mean “successful harvest of a bumper crop”.  I am grateful to Robert Pryor for this image.
